Commissioned for the 2007 National AIA Convention Lake/Flato Architects
tour in San Antonio, this 8 foot, minimalist, horizontal light suspension is
satin finished 18 gauge stainless surrounding an uninterrupted layer of
fluorescent green acrylic, which glows intensely, especially in a darkened
space.
Dual T5 28w fluorescent sources. Triple halogen down lights optional.

NEW - Reactor Suspension

Created with azure and clear acrylic, aircraft aluminum and dichroic films, this
piece is designed to be suspended in a hallway or atrium via stainless steel
cable. The edge-lit acrylic glows from a side view while the opaque, clear
acrylic base allows a white down light. The uplight is dichroically filtered
white light, which reads as a multi-colored stack, color-changing, as you move.

NEW - Dichroic Columns

Dichroic materials - from the Greek meaning bi-colored - reflect, refract and
filter light sent from the light source, deceiving and challenging the eye. Made
of Japanese dark twig and bamboo mats which stand on an aluminum base. Multiple layers of dichroic
film line the inside so that various colors and rhythmic reflections mysteriously
reveal themselves from within, changing with each step. Also
convertible, both the twig outer shell and the dichroic film can be changed or
removed. 40w & 60w clear tube incandescent source.

Pendulum Suspension
Extruded channel halogen suspension made of brushed aluminum. This
triple halogen hanging sculpture seems to float quite convincingly from
stainless cables when the lights are low, and they can be due to
the included Lutron hand held remote dimmer. Minimalist, modern, low-profile and
"Truly Zen", as silently, it just is. Line current source (so no more low
